I am an outdoor sports athlete. Usually you'll find me rowing on the Thames or paragliding from a mountain. This September I am taking part in the miles for refugees, will cover 555 miles over 30 days via running, cycling, walking, hiking and swimming.
All sponsorship raised will go to charity.
