Welcome to my profile 

I am a German athlete and focusing mainly on the disciplines 400m and 200m. In addition to the individual start, I am active in the 4x400m women's relay and 4x400m mixed relay.

I competed in my first competition at the age of 8. Back then I was the youngest in my training group and in order to keep up, I wanted to train more and more often. This is how my concept of continuously delivering my best performance was born.

I also learned to get up after a failure or defeat and benefited from what I learned.

The love for my sport and the fun and pride I experience when performing, give me the motivation I need every day.

My goals in 2022 is to become German champion indoors and outdoors as in 2020 and 2021.  I want to deliver a great performance at the World Championships in Eugene USA and the European Championships in Munich.
