Description
Hiking Buddies Munich is a community where every week people organize hikes in Bavarian mountains, and anyone can join them for free. The goal: Discovering wonderful landscapes while making new friends. The group has become such a great human adventure gathering today thousands of people, some of them talking about the community as if it were their family.
What makes that community so special is that all of us are mountains lovers, and all of us are willing to share this passion. That is why the group is getting bigger and bigger, even more active, and it we all want to push people into hiking.
Many of us have to buy hiking gear on a regular basis. With our website, our Facebook group and soon our app, you as a sponsor would be able to reach an important number of potential customers. Take a look on our KPIs below!

Hiking Buddies Munich became a huge hiking community, and our KPIs can be split in 3 parts. We are working at the moment on making those figures more accurate.
Hiking events
- 12000 members are in the community
- 1500 members are active hikers (meaning they did at least one hike in the last 3 months)
- It's a very international group where German represent only 20%.
Hiking events
- From 10 (in winter) to 30 (summer) hikes organized per weekend
- 40 different persons have organized a hike.
- A hike is in average composed of 11 people.
- Between 1650 (winter) and 4950 (summer) km are weekly done by hikers with the group.
