Hi, I’m Romina Erhardt – goalie for Germany’s national box lacrosse team. I play one of the most intense, high-pressure positions in one of the fastest sports in the world. As a dedicated athlete, I thrive under pressure, lead from the back, and bring energy, focus, and resilience to every game.

I've proudly represented Germany on the international stage, competing against the world’s best. With each tournament, I grow not just as a player but as a teammate, a role model, and an ambassador for the sport.

Off the field, I’m passionate about promoting women’s lacrosse and inspiring the next generation of athletes. I actively engage with fans and fellow athletes through social media and love sharing the behind-the-scenes of training, game days, and the athlete lifestyle.
