I live at the intersection of extreme adventure, global humanitarian work, and trauma-informed advocacy. As a skydiver, climber, fire dancer, and minimalist, I push my body and mind to the edge, not for thrill alone, but to reclaim a life that once felt lost to silence.
After surviving 15 years of sexual abuse, I’ve built my life on radical truth, movement, and freedom. I've traveled the world, earned my OT license, studied psychology, worked in anti-human trafficking, and now I use my story to empower others, especially young girls and survivors, to live boldly, speak loudly, and rise fearlessly.
