Hi, I’m Helene Paassen. I’m nineteen years old and from Germany. I take part in various running events and triathlons in Germany.

Description

Through consistent training, I was able to go to the state finals and take part there. Furthermore, I was able to get good placements in various running events and win a race with the school. In addition, further runs are already planned throughout Germany.

Also I just started my triathlon journey, successfully finishing my first sprint triathlon.

I started my bachlor studies in September and because of that I moved across germany.
